Движение Do Follow появилось совсем недавно.
Главный тезис - убрать атрибут no follow из комментариев на блогах, подписях на форумах и везде где только можно стороннему человеку разместить ссылку.

В сети появляются списки сайтов уже удаливших no follow cо своих ресурсов.
Появляются каталоги Do follow, в общем народ суетится.

Это не первый поисковик по сайтам Do follow, но наверное один из самых полных,
поиск проходит по более чем 900 ресурсам и их число растёт.

Для чего это нужно я думаю каждый сам поймёт и найдёт применение.
